The original patterns don't have a cape for Felicity. Try butterick 5110 for the cape eliminating the hand openings.
I've seen some cute Felcity dresses made from Mccalls 3627 This pattern has the hat styles, too.
The thing to remember is to make the skirt floor length. Also, each of Felicity's dresses has side seams with an opening about an inch long from the waistline to the hip. This is so she can reach her pockets. I think the AG patterns have pleats instead of gathers for her skirts. That's the only difference.
I think it's more fun to design my own interpretation of period fashions. This is what I've been doing for a while now.
